Julio was invited to speak at the Congress titled ‘Exploring Consciousness: Non-Duality to Non-Locality – The Man Machine Debate’ in Bangalore, India, held from September 22 to 24, 2023. His work, ‘The Search for Universal Consciousness,’ served as a foundation for the debate. As Julio was unable to attend, a text written by him was read.
